Is the packaging really discreet?

Completely. Your order arrives in a plain box or courier bag with no branding, no product names, and a neutral sender name on the label. Nobody — courier, flatmate, or nosy neighbour — will know what's inside.

What shows up on my bank statement?

A neutral business name. No product details, ever.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered NZ-wide by tracked courier, typically 2–5 business days depending on where you are.

Can I return something?

Because our products are intimate in nature, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been opened or its hygiene seal broken. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. If anything arrives faulty or develops a fault, you're fully covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act — contact us and we'll sort a replacement or refund promptly.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. Chewse is strictly R18. By ordering, you confirm you're 18 or over.
